There are many training materials available to support a successful transition from high school to post-secondary experiences. Person Centered Planning - Sue Walters from the Illinois Statewide Technical Assistance Collaborative shares information about person-centered planning, the benefits, how to get people involved in the process, and applying the PCP process to IEPs, BIPs, and Transition Plans. She provides an array of tools and awards participants and opportunity to use them.
