ISRC Library is the accredited lending library of Illinois Service Resource Center in Northbrook Illinois. The library consists of an expanding collection of over 1200 items, including books, videos, audio materials, test kits and games related to deafness, deaf culture, sign language, audiology, mental health, behavior management, parenting and administration.
How to Borrow Materials
You must be a resident of Illinois in order to borrow materials. Our standard loan period is four weeks. If items have not been requested by other patrons, they may be renewed on request through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requested materials are mailed with return postage included. Once you have found the materials you need, send your request to the librarian using one of the methods listed below. Borrowing In Person
The ISRC Library is open to the public during business hours
(9 am to 3 pm), Monday through Friday. Stop by and browse our collection, fill out a library request form and take your materials with you.
Borrowing Via Email
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for your materials by email. We will mail them to you for a four week loan period, postage paid.
Borrowing Via Phone
Call us at 847-559-8195 during business hours and request a title to be mailed to you. All materials are mailed for a four week loan period, postage paid both ways.
Borrowing Via Fax
Download a library request form and fax it to ISRC at 847-559-8199 and receive your items in the mail, return postage paid.

Testing Library Materials
ISRC maintains a Testing Library of pychological tests and assessments, available to qualified professionals. In order to borrow test kits or request copies of test protocols/forms, please download the checkout form below and send it to us. The links below list which kits and protocols are available.
